The leadership of the Junior League of Alexandria (JLA) is spread among the board of directors, management team, and council committees.
Our governing board of directors focuses on strategic planning, financial and organizational suatainability, and the future focus of the League. The management team consists of the League vice presidents which develop and implement our annual plan. There are four councils within the JLA: administrative, community projects, fund development, and membership. Each council is divided into committees that help carry out the mission of the JLA.
